Marty Blake is Senior Vice President, Sales, Central Region at OnX. He leads a team of seasoned sales professionals dedicated to helping clients achieve their business objectives through OnX’s infrastructure, cloud, communications, and consulting practices. With more than 30 years of experience in the Canadian technology market, Marty has built a reputation for developing trusted client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering consistent results, including 11 consecutive years of double-digit growth as leader of the Central Region.

Since joining OnX in 2011, Marty has held leadership roles spanning sales, business alliances, and marketing. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on helping organizations navigate technology change by aligning business goals with practical, outcome-driven solutions. His client-first approach has helped strengthen long-term partnerships across both the public and private sectors.

Prior to OnX, Marty spent more than five years at xwave, where he served as Vice President, Business Alliances and Marketing and Managing Director, Alliances. Earlier in his career, he spent over a decade at Avnet Technology Solutions, building deep expertise in technology distribution, partner ecosystems, and channel development. This breadth of experience gives Marty a unique perspective on how strategic partnerships, technology investments, and trusted advisory relationships drive business success.
