Paul Khawaja

Paul Khawaja is the President & CEO of OnX, leading the company’s growth, strategy, and development across enterprise and public sector infrastructure solutions, managed services, and digital services, including AI. 

Since becoming President in 2013, Paul has helped transform OnX from a traditional IT provider into a client-focused technology services organization, driving growth through innovation, strategic partnerships, and outcome-oriented solutions that help Canadian organizations modernize and achieve their business objectives. Prior to serving as President & CEO, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cloud and Managed Services at OnX. 

With more than two decades of leadership experience in Canada’s technology sector, Paul previously served as President of xwave and Vice President at Bell Aliant. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale business transformation initiatives, built high-performing teams, and helped organizations leverage technology to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Waterfront Toronto, contributing to the future of Toronto’s waterfront through sustainable development, innovation, and community engagement.

Paul is passionate about using technology to create positive outcomes for both businesses and community. As Chair of Victim Services Toronto, he supports initiatives that help individuals affected by violence and trauma and champions programs that improve connectivity for underserved communities.  

In recognition of his contributions to the community and economy, Paul was honoured with the King Charles III Coronation Medal and received the Canada-Lebanon Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Cedar and Maple Laureate Award.
