Perry Armstrong

Perry Armstrong is Vice President of Finance at OnX, responsible for developing the company's overall financial policies and providing strategic direction across all financial functions, including accounting, budget, and credit. Perry ensures that proper financial controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy while conforming with applicable laws and regulations. He designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports, translating financial complexity into clear guidance for the business.

Perry brings over 30 years of finance leadership experience across the technology and logistics sectors. Before joining OnX in 2013, he spent a decade as Executive Director of Finance at IT Xchange, overseeing financial operations in a fast-moving technology distribution environment. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and Controller at TNT Logistics for seven years, and earlier held a Controller role at Huegenot.

That breadth of experience across industries and finance functions gives Perry a grounded, practical perspective on what good financial stewardship looks like in a complex, growth-oriented business. He holds a CMA designation from the Society of Management Accountants and studied at Sheridan College.
